these cameras are fantastic, yes the standard batteries you get with them suck but you need to use Energizer Ultra Lithium batteries to get the best from your camera and you'll love it, also get a 2GB SD card and you can film in TV resolution for 56 minutes, there are two sound settings, if you are on your bike or doing anything noisy set it to low as advised in the instructions.
You can use the head strap to put it under your beanie hat, the helmet mounts for vented and non vented helmets and then you can use the base plate mounts to position the camera almost anywhere else.
Loads of people had these at the big MTB event in the alps and they are all over motorsport, Josh Hill, Yamaha's SC champion rider wears one for practice and in some events for training and possible TV broadcast.
Go out and film what you do! Have a lot of fun!

The camera has a very poor battery life, a tiny fraction of that claimed by the manufacturer. The images tend to have distortion and the video tends to break up. Not really much use.
