Menu system is simple and easy to follow. 5 X zoom is excellent and the ability to take still photos while taking a video is great. The twist screen and grip handle design make this a very easy to use camera. Battery life is ok but a spare battery is highly desirable. Ths small size ensures you can carry it around with you almost all the time.
Video quality is fine especially for watching on a PC screen.

I bought this camcorder on shopping channel £150 with 1GB. card. a great little unit.. after much fiddling with the controls I found the perfect setting for video..set to TV-SHQ
Set photos to 9 mp high res. If you have a progressive scan DVD player,play back on this, the result is almost H.D.
BUY THIS GEM YOU WON,T REGRET IT..
